1. Who you are contracting with
Your contract is with Warrior Queen Coaching, operated by Charli Tucker, of 2 Vincent Road, Selsey, Chichester PO20 9DJ, United Kingdom. You can contact us through the contact form on this website or by calling 07555 977029.
2. The programmes and prices
A rolling monthly membership that continues until cancelled.
A fixed 90-day personalised transformation programme.
A fixed six-month personalised transformation programme.
A rolling monthly coaching service that continues until cancelled.
A fixed 12-week group coaching programme.
A self-paced online wellbeing and recovery course.
The price and payment schedule shown immediately before checkout form part of your contract. Where Warrior Queen 180 is paid monthly, the total commitment is £1,500 across six monthly payments. It is a fixed six-month programme, not a rolling monthly membership. Warrior Queen Journey is a fixed 12-week programme and does not continue after the programme has ended.
3. What is included
Your programme includes the features described on the programme page at the time you join. Depending on the programme, this may include digital workouts, nutrition guidance, community access, coaching calls, in-person sessions, check-ins and progress tracking. Results depend on individual circumstances and participation, so specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
4. Health and safety
You are responsible for telling Charli about injuries, health conditions, pregnancy, medication or other matters that may affect safe participation. Coaching and nutrition guidance are not medical diagnosis or treatment. Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or other concerning symptoms.
5. Your 14-day cancellation right
If you buy online, you normally have 14 days from the day after the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. To cancel, send a clear statement through our contact form, call us, or write to the address above.
If you expressly ask us to begin providing services during this period and then cancel, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the services already supplied. If you expressly request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that this affects your cancellation right, that right may be lost once digital supply has begun. These terms do not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Cancellations after 14 days
Warrior Queen 30 and Personal Coaching are rolling monthly services. You may cancel before your next renewal and access will continue to the end of the paid billing period. Payments already made are not normally refundable once that billing period has begun, except where the law requires otherwise.
Warrior Queen 90, Warrior Queen 180 and Warrior Queen Journey reserve coaching capacity for a fixed period. After the cancellation period, the agreed programme fee remains payable. We will consider a fair early release, pause or adjustment where serious illness or injury, bereavement, relocation, redundancy or exceptional financial hardship makes continued participation impractical. We may ask for reasonable evidence and will take account of services not yet supplied. We will not seek a payment that amounts to an unfair penalty.
Warrior Queen Body Reset is digital content supplied for a one-time price. Any cancellation rights that apply to immediate digital access are explained at checkout and in section 5 above.
7. Appointments, check-ins and participation
Give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to move an appointment. Sessions missed or cancelled late may be treated as used, unless Charli agrees otherwise because of exceptional circumstances. A lack of participation does not by itself cancel a fixed programme or pause its payment schedule.
8. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You must keep your payment details current. If a payment fails, we may pause access while we contact you and retry the payment. A failed or cancelled card payment does not by itself end a fixed-term commitment. We will not add fees that were not clearly disclosed before purchase.
9. Digital content and acceptable use
Programme videos, plans, guides and other materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, share, resell, publish or provide account access to another person. Access may be suspended for serious misuse, harassment or unlawful conduct.
10. Changes and cancellation by us
We may make reasonable changes to schedules, coaches, delivery tools or content where the overall service remains materially equivalent. If we make a significant adverse change, or cannot provide a material part of the service, we will offer an appropriate alternative or a fair refund for the affected unused portion.
11. Responsibility and legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing limits your rights under consumer law. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
12. Complaints and governing law
Please contact Charli first so there is an opportunity to resolve any concern promptly and fairly. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available to you in your home jurisdiction.
